NORTH STAR DEPT – Shipping Policy
Order Processing
NORTH STAR DEPT operates a preorder model for selected products. Orders are collected during the advertised preorder period before production orders are placed with our manufacturer.
Once the preorder period closes, orders will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Pre-Order Delivery Times
We aim to fulfil and dispatch preorder orders within approximately 3 weeks of the preorder closing date.
Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and delays may occasionally occur due to production or shipping circumstances. If there are any significant delays, customers will be kept informed.
UK Shipping
All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Shipping costs are:
- Orders under £70: £4.99 delivery.
- Orders of £70 or more: Free delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Customers can use their tracking details to follow the progress of their delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Lost or Damaged Orders
